Poppit Sands is a long sandy beach at the mouth of the Teifi estuary, around 2 miles from St Dogmaels. Backed by dunes and framed by the headland of Cemaes Head, it is a favourite for families, dog walkers and anyone who just wants a big sky and plenty of space.
